I'm not sure how to articulate this review. I do know it's a 4 star for me.It started a little slow, but that's probably because I was insanely confused by pretty much everything. But then it picked up and got creepier and creepier and I loved it. Three boys (or is it four?) living in a pre-Ivy league high-school "join forces" with a daughter of a psychic in order to find a ancient's king burial ground. They each have their reasons, but entwined in all is Blue, the girl. I'm very much curious as to who her true love is. All the mystical signs indicate it's Gansey, and he's condescendingly swoony, so it's pretty impossible to not, well, swoon. But the written fact is that Adam is the one Blue is forming an attachment to. I really have nothing further to say about the book, but am waiting for the sequel. This one felt like only the very beginning of this somewhat witchy story. And I want some straight forward romance happening, dammit!
